The 34th edition of Race Across America --- one of the most grueling sporting events in the world---marked the beginning of an incredible journey in 4 women's lives.

Throughout their careers Julie-Anne Hazlett, Sarah Matthews, Nicole Stanners and Natasha Horne have all represented Australia in Triathlon. The Race Across America was to form a very new and real challenge. Traditionally a team of 4 would traverse 3000 miles across 12 states and climb over 170,000 vertical feet in seven and a half days. The Veloroos were aiming to break a 20-year old record and finish in just over 6 days. It became more than just a personal challenge for the team and their support crew of 12.

From California to Arizona, take a journey on bikes through the heart of a very diverse country and live the trials and triumphs as the Veloroos attempt to win the toughest sporting event on earth ... the Race Across America.
