Ballroom dance champion, Erica Ridgeway, has hung-up her high heels and traded them in for hammers and hardhats to work alongside her parents in the construction and real estate business leading to many intense and humorous encounters.

The Ridgeways follows Erica Ridgeway-Cook - former national ballroom dance champion - along with her enterprising parents, Ron and Jennifer. While many of the family's adventures revolve around their real estate businesses, many more happen during their daily lives.
